42-year-old Gwyneth Paltrow showed off her before and after look in a rare Instagram snap. The actress wanted to highlight her natural side before getting in the make-up chair with her glam squad. She revealed her beauty secrets to Glamour magazine: “I think that my exercise is definitely key to my beauty regime and keeping healthy, so it really starts there, with exercise and sleep and not eating overly-processed foods. I try to eat well. I try to have a facial every once in a while. I’m not a huge product girl; I don’t do the whole product thing. Just moisturiser basically. I’m not good with doing my own make-up.”
