Cut Back On Alcohol AND Coffee
We’re sorry to be the bearers of bad news, but unfortunately, alcohol does not help your skin (sorry, we know, we’re sad too). While a glass of red might be helpful for your heart, it can also create redness and splotchiness on your skin, which will only contribute to visible signs of aging and make it look dehydrated and tired (and nobody wants that). Whenever possible, lower your alcohol intake and make sure to sip some extra water in between glasses to help keep your body hydrated.
