Beachy waves
After showering (or, let’s face it, not showering and swimming in the lake), towel excess water from hair and spray on a leave-in conditioner. If you’re in a pinch, use body lotion just to smooth things out. Comb through and then part hair in the middle. Section hair again from the ear to the part so hair is now in four sections. Twist into small, tight buns and secure each with an elastic or bobby pins. If you’re really skilled, braid each section. Sleep on it or give it a few hours before letting loose. Spray with dry shampoo for added texture and to keep it clean.
Simple variation: For larger waves, stick to the Princess Leia and only twist two buns.
