We’ve been enjoying the warmer weather for a couple of months now, but if you’ve also been enjoying your patio drinks more than your daily water intake, we need to chat. For optimal health and to balance your wellness and beautifying routine, you need to make sure you stay hydrated (fact: the more hydrated your body is, the better your skin will look for longer). Here are four ways to ensure your hydrated all season long.
Keep track of your water intake
If you’re having a hard time reminding yourself of when to rehydrate, there are a number of ways to do it electronically. You can either set a silent alarm on your phone to go over every 20 to 30 minutes, download an app that reminds you when it’s time to sip your H20, or try using the Ulla Smart Hydration Reminder ($25).
