CHANGE THE STIMULUS, CONSISTENTLY
As we know, variety is the spice of life. Hitting a physical plateau is inevitable if your routine remains the same. More detrimental however is reaching a mental plateau where things become monotonous and predictable; this creates a drop in interest and motivation leading to a hault in exercise. Make a point of trying one new class or workout routine every month to ensure you are exposing your body and mind to something new regularly.
