Sip a detox tea
By now, you know damn well you need to be drinking water but detox tea is another way you can hydrate your skin and improve liver and kidney function at the same time. Skip the “fit tea” and “skinny tea” you see on social media, which can cause diarrhea and dehydration, and sip on a natural detox tea with ingredients like nettle, dandelion, chicory, fennel, anise seed and schisandra berries.
