With feet hip width apart, fold over your legs and keep a slight bend in the knees. Allow the torso to drape over the thighs and release the head, neck and arms towards the floor. If you sit at a desk all day, or in a car, this pose allows the spine to un-crunch with the power of gravity. Tension in the hips and legs will also start to release. Take a few deep breaths and sway from side to side.
