Lying on your back, bend your knees at 90 degrees so your shins are parallel with the ceiling. Then allow both legs to fall towards the right. Bring your arms to a T-position and turn your gaze out over the left fingertips. After a few breaths, drop your legs to the other side and turn your gaze again. This pose relieves tension from the whole spine, and helps you relax.
