We saved the best one for last. Sit next to a wall, with the entire right side of the body up against it. As you turn to lie down, sweep the legs up the wall in the same motion. Rest the arms alongside the body, palms face up, and close the eyes. This is a wonderful pose if you’ve been on your feet all day. It drains tension from the feet and legs. This pose is widely known to relieve anxiety and help calm the mind. Stay here for at least 10 minutes and watch as the body becomes heavier, and as you become sleepier.
